Nicholas Melick
Director
Director of Engage Construction Pty Ltd, Nick is the driver of all projects. With a Bachelors Degree in Construction Project Management from UNSW together with a trade in Carpentry, his wealth of knowledge and experience is invaluable. Initially gaining skills on site in high end boutique residential construction, commercial and retail fit-out. He transitioned into project management forging his skills in contract administration, programming, cost management and project delivery.
Chloe Aston
Operations Manager
With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resources, Chloe has spent most of her time in Human Resources and Payroll before embarking on her construction journey with Engage Construction. Chloe is a determined member of the team and you will find her behind the scenes keeping the big picture vision and goals in sight.
