Heritage Terrace Apartments + Retail

Refurbishment of a mixed use multi residential & commercial terrace built circa 1920’s on Crown St. Extensive structural and remedial works were undertaken within a highly trafficable area of Surry Hills requiring scaffolding erected on the public footway. Under a Development Application heritage conservation works detailed the reinstatement of existing timber windows and doors, lintel replacements, roof replacement, render and painting of façade. Interior remodelling of several two bedroom apartments, common areas, storage facilities and upgrade to existing commercial tenancy space.
