Two Ways We Work With Joinery

Whether you have fully documented plans or just a rough idea of what you want, we’ve got a process to suit.

1. Already have joinery plans?

If your architect or interior designer has provided full joinery drawings, we can incorporate them into your proposal. This means:

You’ll receive a detailed joinery quote upfront.
Service locations like power, plumbing, and wall structure are coordinated from the start.
Your construction timeline aligns with your joinery installation – no surprises later on.

2. No plans yet? No problem.

Many of our clients prefer to walk through the space before making decisions. If you're still shaping your ideas, we include provisional allowances in your initial cost plan to keep things moving.

Once internal walls are up, our joiner will:

Measure the space accurately onsite.
Meet with you to discuss finishes, ideas, and layout.
Provide detailed plans and a fixed-price quote – all at no additional design cost.

This approach gives you flexibility and helps ensure everything fits your lifestyle and space, not just the drawings.
