Engage Construction is a specialist in complex residential renovations and remedial building works across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.

We provide a complete range of remedial services, planned to deliver your project properly from start to finish. We specialise in Class 2 and strata property, giving strata managers, committees, and consultants results they can rely on and report with confidence.
Waterproofing & Water Ingress

Defect Rectification & Renovation

Facade & Balcony Restoration

A Class 2 building is a multi-residential building with two or more separate dwellings, such as an apartment block or many townhouse complexes. These buildings carry specific compliance requirements, which we're set up to meet.

Yes. We're a fully licensed NSW builder, as well as a Registered Building Practitioner and carry the required insurances. You can verify our licence on the Service NSW Public Register.

We provide a written scope and fixed pricing before any work begins, so your committee knows the cost up front. If something changes once work is underway, we tell you before we proceed.
